All third-party booking policies from platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com take precedence over these Terms & Conditions. The following terms apply solely to the use of the villa, gym, and pool during your stay at Crossdeira Madeira.

1. Use of the Property

Guests agree to use the villa and all facilities responsibly and respectfully. The property is to be used only by registered guests and for residential purposes. Parties or events are only allowed with prior written consent.

2. Gym and Pool Use

The outdoor gym and pool are available for guest use at their own risk. These areas are unsupervised, and guests must exercise caution at all times.

Crossdeira assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from their use.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for training or swimming.
The pool is for swimmers only; diving and rough play are prohibited.
Children must always be supervised by an adult.

3. Personal Belongings

Crossdeira is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items anywhere on the property. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure.

4. Damage and Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment caused during their stay. All equipment must be used properly and returned to its original position after use. Crossdeira reserves the right to charge for damages or excessive cleaning.

5. Liability Waiver

By staying at Crossdeira Madeira, guests acknowledge and accept that all activities, including training and swimming, are undertaken at their own risk. Crossdeira, its owners, and staff assume no responsibility or liability for personal injury, accident, illness, death, or property loss occurring on the premises.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
