What our guests take home.

"We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful Calheta home to celebrate a special occasion with friends from around the world. The house feels like a home — warm and inviting throughout, with all we needed from the kitchens to the bathrooms. The property includes a perfect pool (with a child friendly cover) and a lower floor for gym enthusiasts (which we used for family Olympics!). With the car gate closed, our kids had a lot of space to explore — including saying hello to the chickens next door. This spot in Calheta is ideal for a longer stay on Madeira — though a car is essential to reach the beaches and hikes. We would recommend this home — and Madeira! — to anyone."

"We stayed at Villa Crossdeira for two weeks in August 2026, six of us in total, and had a really good time.

The cross-training area was a real highlight for us — well equipped and great to have on site instead of looking for a gym nearby. The pool is huge too, with a great view out over the Atlantic, nice for a swim in the morning or just sitting there in the evening.

The house is clean, well kept, and has enough space for a group our size. Communication with the owner and the agency was smooth throughout — quick replies, helpful with questions, and easy check-in.

Would happily stay here again."

"Great villa with a beautiful view and excellent location. Very comfortable rooms, a swimming pool and outdoor gym. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. I really enjoyed. Thank you"

"A beautiful villa located on the sunniest part of Madeira in a peaceful village of Arco da Calheta. Surrounded by dramatic mountains. Equipped with a swimming pool and a fully equipped outdoor gym that both overlook the vast ocean beneath. The Villa is a perfect place for any occasion whether its re-uniting with family or friends, training, hosting a retreat, co working or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful and cosy atmosphere."

"An outstanding time 🫶"

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Crossdeira Villa. From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I was in Calheta to prepare for an upcoming HYROX race and specifically chose this place because I needed somewhere that would allow me to train seriously — and it exceeded every expectation.

The outdoor gym is truly exceptional and one of the best-equipped private training spaces I've come across while traveling. It has almost everything needed for high-level workouts: SkiErg, RowErg, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, a Concept2 bike, benches, and much more. The only thing missing was a sled, and the owner even mentioned that one may be added soon, which shows how committed they are to continuously improving the experience.

Beyond the training facilities, the setting is simply breathtaking. The views are absolutely stunning and create a peaceful atmosphere that genuinely feels like paradise. The pool was another highlight and made relaxing after intense training sessions even more enjoyable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Crossdeira Villa to anyone looking for the perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and top-quality fitness facilities. I would gladly stay here again."

"Awesome concept, great Host. They were very attentive to our needs. Can't wait to spend my next vacation there again!"

"I had an all-round great experience at the CrossFit villa! From the very first moment I felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed yet motivating at the same time – exactly what you want.

The service was top-notch: super friendly, attentive and always helpful. You can tell right away that people work here with passion. The accommodation and sleeping were really pleasant too – clean, cosy and perfect for winding down after an intense workout.

The training itself was of course the highlight: professional, varied and suitable for every level. You are challenged, but never overwhelmed – simply just right.

All in all, everything here was spot on: sport, recovery and a wonderful setting. I will definitely be back and can only recommend the CrossFit villa to everyone!"

"This place is magical. As a busy entrepreneur I need a place where I can calm down fast but get work done. With the in-house gym and view of the ocean I was in heaven. Amazing service on arrival too. See you soon"

"Very nice villa in Madeira style"

"Wonderful location"

"I had the absolute pleasure of spending two weeks in this stunning villa. What can I say, it was simply perfect! 🌅

The interior design is breathtaking. Every detail has been chosen with so much care and style that you instantly feel at home. There's not even a hint of that “being somewhere else” feeling. It is cozy, elegant, and incredibly comfortable.

The view is absolutely spectacular: During the day you can enjoy the sparkling sea, and at night the twinkling lights of the village below. Best enjoyed with a glass of wine on the terrace. The location is peaceful yet close enough to everything you need. The village itself is beautiful, with so many sunny days and truly kind, welcoming people.

Another highlight is the private, fully equipped gym. It's such a great bonus as you can easily stay active while still being in full vacation mode. Including ocean view! :)

Overall, this was one of those stays you never want to end. I can't recommend this villa highly enough – anyone who stays here will fall in love with it just like I did!"

"Great house with great attention to detail! You can feel very comfortable here and also train with a great view on the sea! 😍"

"I had a great time there. Very nice workout and a good swim, with even better company. I can only recommend this place."

"Breathtaking views, beautiful house and a fantastic outdoor gym. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautiful welcome basket when we started our off-site management. With the perfect balance of relaxation and training, we enjoyed our time under the palms and by the large pool. The attention to detail throughout the house was impressive, and the ramp was particularly helpful for one of our colleagues in a wheelchair. Everything was spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. We had a wonderful and productive stay."

"Beautiful house, welcome and explanation of everything very nice. We received a welcome wine, fruit and local sweets. Beautiful house, tastefully furnished. Our children and we had a wonderful time in your house. Clean, well-maintained and beautiful view. Everything is on a very high level. Nice and friendly. I recommend"

The fitness area was an inspired setup that perfectly complemented the beautiful pool area. It was a true pleasure to use it. Apart from the great accommodation, the host was wonderfully friendly and always responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!"
